Summary: The Consortium together with its members from the Bank Information Center (BIC), and International Accountability Project (IAP), and Twerwaneho Listeners’ Club (TLC) prepared a response to the Draft compliance report by the Independent Recourse Mechanism of the African Development Bank following the complaints raised concerning noncompliance with the Bank’s operational policies and procedures in the implementation of Lakes Edward & Albert Integrated Fisheries & Water Resources Management (LEAF II) project.
